Guardians of Monet's Water Lilies
#OilIn 2023, I visited the pond in Giverny, France — created by Claude Monet and the setting for his late series of water lily paintings. I was deeply moved by the sight of a gardener still faithfully tending the beautiful garden, a century after Monet's passing. Since then, I have continued painting a series dedicated to gardeners.
